In colloboration with CSF, GMG Racing is excited to introduce their line of All Aluminum Race Radiators for the Porsche 996 & 997 Turbo and GT2 & Cayman models. Each CSF Radiator is crafted from aluminum, and features upgraded surface area and stronger cross tubes for improved efficiency and cooling.

Aluminum Endtanks and Mounting Points

The CSF All Aluminum Race Radiator features aluminum endtanks and mounting points versus the weak plastic ones of the OEM units. The stock plastic endtanks start to degrade and become brittle over about 5-7 years time and tend to crack under high stress or vibration. CSF's all-aluminum endtank design are more durable and will last the lifetime of the vehicle.

The mounting points are all CNC machined aluminum as well versus the stock plastic mounting points. These are the parts of the tanks that tend to break off the most, especially during racing. When cars have bumper contact, or during high vibrations (i.e veering off track, going over bumps/ track chicane, high speeds, etc), the plastic mounting points tend to crack or break off, and the radiator starts to immediately leak fluid.

2 Row Core (dual core) with B-Tube Technology

The CSF All Aluminum Race Radiator utilizes a 2 row core (dual core) with B-Tube technology rather than the single row of the stock unit. The B-tube technology is exclusive to CSF in the N. American high performance aftermarket. The B structure of the tube is stronger than a normal "oval" welded type tube. Because of the structure, lighter and thinner aluminum can be used for better heat transfer. This also makes the unit extremely lightweig.ht, weighs just as much as the OEM unit. Also the seam down the middle creates more surface area contact with the coolant for a total heat transfer benefit versus stock of about 20%, and it will keep even the most powerful and demanding engines cool even if pushed in extreme temperatures and conditions.

CSF designed these radiators to “drop in fit”, requiring no modifications to OEM mounting brackets and stock radiator location.

Features:

- Mirror Polished Finish
- Precision ‘SAE Standard’ Filler Neck (Standard Caps Available)
- Drop-In Fitment Requiring No Modifications
- OE Specific Mounting Location
- Pressure Tested at 50% Higher Pressure Than OE Units
- 40% Higher Burst Strength Over OE Units
- All Aluminum Drain Plugs
- High Performance Multi-Louvered Fins
- Innovative ‘B-Tube’ Technology

The GMG 996 Turbo exhaust is a race bred system that further increases overall performance, enhances sound, and reduces weight.

Handcrafted out of T304 Stainless steel and meticulously TIG welded to AWM aerospace specifications with great precision, the system is lighter than the factory. The system features high flow German made HJS HD 200 cell sport catalysts and a crossover x-pipe to increase power by balancing the exhaust gas pulse coming from the engine and adds to the signature sound that only the GMG WC system can offer.

The crossover x-pipe works by balancing the exhaust pulses from either side — or cylinder bank – of the engine. It allows the exhaust gases to flow down the path of least resistance while speeding up exhaust velocity. At lower revs, turbulence is formed as exhaust gases try to shuffle past a second column of gases coming from the other side. The X-Pipe merges the exhaust into two uniform streams, allowing a smooth flow from engine to exhaust exit.

Using the factory bracket location, the exhaust system is a direct bolt on replacement for the factory system. To ensure no CEL (Check Engine Light) and proper operation of the vehicle, the HJS HD catalytic converters are OBD2 compliant and the O2 sensor bungs are placed at their proper locations.

Features:

- Deep aggressive exhaust notes at lowers revs & exotic high pitched exhaust notes at higher revs

- German made HJS high-flow, 200 cell sport catalysts; OBD2 compliant, no CEL (Check Engine Light)

- Crossover X-Pipe to balance exhaust pulse

- No unwanted cabin drone

- Constructed out of US Made T304 Stainless steel

- Meticulously TIG welded throughout to AWM aerospace specifications.

- Signature brushed finish and quad tip design.

- Significant weight savings over the stock system.

- Direct bolt on replacement; All hardware and clamps included

– Requires no modification to vehicle

- System does not require any software tuning

- Hand built in the USA

- Each system is individually serialized with laser etched badge

Comprising of aerospace grade T304 stainless down pipes with high-flow catalytic converters and mid-section resonator delete, the GMG Porsche Panamera exhaust package increases performance and helps produce a more aggressive sound.

The GMG exhaust package allows for a quicker turbo spool while increasing horsepower and torque throughout the power band. On a stock Porsche Panamera Turbo, the exhaust system is very restrictive by design; using (4) catalytic converters total, there are (2) per exhaust bank. On each exhaust bank, there is a primary and a secondary catalytic converter. To increase power and flow, the GMG design eliminates the secondary cats entirely - using only (2) primary German made high flow 200 cell catalytic converters - and replaces the factory resonator with an crossover x-pipe to balance the exhaust gas pulse.

The crossover x-pipe increases power by balancing exhaust gas pulse coming from the engine and adds to the signature sound that only the GMG WC-GT system can offer. By balancing the exhaust pulses from either side — or cylinder bank - of the engine, the crossover x-pipe allows the exhaust to flow down the path of least resistance. At lower revs, turbulence is formed as exhaust gases try to shuffle past a second column of gases coming from the other side. The exhaust gas is pushed out harder as the engine spins faster. The X-Pipe merges this chaos into two uniform streams, allowing a smooth flow from the engine to the tailpipe. Both streams keep each other up to speed, which draws even more spent exhaust gases out of the cylinders.

The high-flow catalytic converter/downpipe is a complete drop-in upgrade. Using CNC machined flanges to prevent warping and expansion, and factory exhaust hanger locations, the system will bolt up to factory turbo and mufflers. To ensure proper functioning and no CEL, 2 oxygen sensor bungs are placed at the proper locations.

 Features:

 - Eliminates the secondary catalytic converters and resonators for increased flow and more aggressive sound

- Crossover X-Pipe to balance exhaust pulse - German made high flow 200 cell catalytic converters - Full aerospace T304 stainless construction

- Meticulously TIG welded to AWM aerospace specifications

- CNC machined flanges.

- Factory correct oxygen sensor placement to ensure proper function and no CEL

- Factory muffler system is retained

- Direct bolt on replacement

- Available as a complete system or separate
