GMG Racing Audi B7 RS4 Exhaust System

GMG introduces the World Challenge sport exhaust system for 2007+ B7 RS4 owners.

The GMG system offers the discriminating RS4 owner the performance, power and sound worthy of the high revving RS4 engine. Designed and built in California to GMG's stringent standards, the cat back system is 100% emissions legal and is a direct bolt on replacement for the factory system.

Made of T304 Stainless steel throughout (all tubing, inner core, and wool packing are stainless; most other brands do not offer this), the system is 20 Pounds lighter than the factory system, offers two GMG signature brushed tips, and a center sport resonator to eliminate unwanted cabin resonance.

Using stainless steel packing material in the mufflers, the GMG exhaust is designed to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures and high intensity acoustic pressures that are generated from a high performance engine. This is one of the key advantages of the GMG exhaust system since many competitor systems use fiberglass packing instead to lower costs, and they are prone to rapid deterioration. The x-pipe crossover center section does not only offers additional power by balancing exhaust gas pulse coming from the engine but also adds to the unique sound that only the GMG WC system can offer. The crossover x-pipe works by balancing the exhaust pulses from either side — or cylinder bank – of the engine. It allows the exhaust gases to flow down the path of least resistance while speeding up exhaust velocity. At lower revs, turbulence is formed as exhaust gases try to shuffle past a second column of gases coming from the other side. The X-Pipe merges the exhaust into two uniform streams, allowing a smooth flow from engine to exhaust exit.

The system is a direct bolt on replacement utilizing your existing factory down pipes and exhaust clamps.
